Presentation of the firm
Yves Henaff d'Estrées, member of the Paris & New York bars, began his practice in 1981.
He is particularly active, as counsel as well as litigation attorney in the following fields :
- Aviation and Aircraft Law
- Foreign investments
- International Arbitration and Litigation
- International Contracts
- Corporate and Commercial Law
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Industrial Liability and Insurance
- Oil and Gas
He works in close association with French and foreign law firms.
He is currently member of the Secretarial Committee of EUROLEGAL, a network of independent European law firms.

Faculty & Certifications
Yves Henaff d'Estrées has been teaching Commercial, Corporate and Bankruptcy Law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne for several years.
He was a Visiting Scholar at New York University School of Law.
He is officially certified by the French Bar as Specialist of Commercial Law and Specialist of the Law of International Relations.

In addition to his Business & International Law practise,
Yves Henaff d'Estrées also has an important general Aviation practise since the year 1985.
